About Us

Thank you for your interest in the Chinese Employees Association of Los Angeles County (CEALAC), which is a non-profit organization instituted under the Rules and Regulations of Los Angeles County Employee Relations Commission (ERCOM) and has been approved as of September 26, 2011. CEALAC is an organization with no restriction on membership based on race, color, creed sex, national origin, age or disability and dedicated to working with County management and other parties
toward achievement of the following goals:

• Promote the friendship, mutual interest, and the Chinese and American cultures of its members.

• Conduct cultural and employee related activities for its members.

• Encourage the recruitment, appointment and promotion of its members in County Service.

• Promulgate information on employment and promotional opportunities to its members.

• Counsel and assist its members in matters relating to grievance procedures, affirmative action, race and sex discrimination.
